This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was fantastic. Considering the affordable prices, the attention to detail and quality of service were remarkable. Secondly, the location was perfect, right in the center of the city where all the action is happening. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests with any requests. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with private bathrooms that were well-maintained. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and I have no complaints.

The hotel's location was perfect for our New Year's trip. We were so close to all the festivities and transportation was very convenient. the breakfast that was offered was good, with a decent variety of foods to choose from.

Additionally, the staff, especially the breakfast lady and cook, were lovely people who always made time for a chat. The breakfast they served was very enjoyable too.

The hot water was intermittent, which made for uncomfortable showers. the beds in our room were too hard for a comfortable night's sleep.

You'll find a bus station nearby, which is very convenient if you're planning to travel around. the service is friendly and efficient. Rooms in the main building are modern, and the breakfast offers good value for money.

Some aspects of this hotel need improvement as there are reports of stained rooms, uncomfortable bedding, and outdated annexe rooms.
